Fresh Italian Sausage (1/2 lb.)
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Contrade Negroamaro Italian Wine
(Available at Village Bottle Shop)

Other Ingredients: Yellow Onion, Fresh Basil, Fresh Garlic, Salt & Pepper

Suggested Hardware: Medium Sauce Pot, Medium Saute Pan, Microplane or Grater, Tongs, Wooden Spoon
