Tūtū Tuesdays and Thursdays launch this Thursday, Feb. 7, at Highway Inn, Kaka‘ako! Each month, we will share a new beloved family dish shared with us by a local ‘ohana. February's dish is Popo's Slumgallion, a recipe from Ku‘uipo Lorenzo's family. Ku‘uipo has been a hostess at our Kaka'ako location for four years.
