Make Music Day is a worldwide music celebration held every year on June 21st for Summer Solstice. Each Make Music City is independently organized to develop community events that are free and open to everyone who wants to take part.
Under the guidance of Nalani Jenkins of Nā Leo Pilimehana, Make Music Hawai‘i became an official chapter in 2020. Various performances are scheduled to take place around the state on this special musical day.
Plus, you can make your way around the neighborhood before and after the SALT performance to catch more musical events at our sister centers in Our Kakaʻako: Keawe Retail at Our Kakaʻako, Kaloko’eli Courtyard, 4 – 5 p.m.
