In celebration of National Drive Electric Week, RevoluSun, Blue Planet Foundation, and SALT at Our Kakaako are teaming up to bring you a free Electric Vehicle Ride and Drive on Saturday, September 8th from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.
If you’ve ever wondered how it feels to drive an electric vehicle or had questions about how you can make them fit your lifestyle, please join us at the RevoluSun Innovation Center for a pressure-free test drive experience! Electric vehicles experts from Blue Planet Foundation, Sustainable Transportation Coalition of Hawaii (STCH), Hawaiian Electric, and Drive Electric Hawaii will be available to answer your questions about electric transportation.
You may test drive the following models:
– Nissan Leaf
– BMW i3
– BMW Mini plug-in hybrid
– Chevrolet Bolt
– Mitsubishi Outlander plug-in hybrid
– Ford Focus Electric
– Kia Niro EV
– Kia Optima plug-in hybrid
From 2:00 to 3:00 pm RevoluSun will hold a seminar called “Adding Power to Your NEM” to tell folks all about NEM-Plus, a recent PUC ruling that allows owners of net metered systems to finally add more power to their systems! This additional energy can be used to provide clean energy to that new EV you’ve been dreaming about. Click here to register for the seminar. For more information about the seminar, contact Adam Garcia at (808) 683-8969 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Advance registration is recommended. If you are interested in taking a test drive, reserve your time slot here. Day-of walk-in appointments may also be available for some vehicle models. Check in at RevoluSun’s Innovation Center on the second floor, directly above Moku Kitchen. Light snacks and tours will be available at the RevoluSun Smart Home Innovation Center while you wait.
