We’re thrilled to share that Chef Dell and vein at KAKAʻAKO have been selected to participate in the prestigious JETRO Japanese Seafood showcase! 🎉 Hosted by the Japanese External Trade Organization (JETRO), this initiative highlights premium Japanese seafood through specially crafted dishes at select local restaurants—and vein is among only 15 restaurants in Hawaiʻi chosen for this incredible opportunity!

Come in and try their two exclusive showcase dishes, available now through March 16:
